HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - A Pennsylvania prison inmate already jailed for life for killing three women is getting two more life terms after pleading guilty to killing women in 1986 and 1990.

Pennlive.com reported (https://bit.ly/28TIV5F ) that Joey Miller didn’t apologize during the plea and sentencing Friday for the murders of 26-year-old Kelly Ann Ward and 25-year-old Jeanette Thomas.

The former Steelton, Pennsylvania resident confessed to the slayings, which a prosecutor said followed Miller’s pattern of raping and bludgeoning young black women. The 51-year-old Miller is white.

Ward’s body was found by a road crew 19 years ago but her remains weren’t positively identified until 2014.

Miller first admitted to killing Thomas in the 1990s. But at that time another man had also confessed to her death.

DNA evidence showed it was Miller, and the other man was freed.
