WOBURN, Mass. (AP) - Massachusetts authorities say a third person has been convicted in the 2012 fatal shooting of a man in his Billerica home during an attempt to rob him of money and marijuana.

Thirty-two-year-old Jason Estabrook, of Lynn, was convicted Friday of first-degree murder and other charges. He’s to be sentenced Monday.

Twenty-two-year-old Quintin Koehler was shot in the head July 7, 2012, and later pronounced dead at a hospital.

Authorities say 27-seven-year-old Peter Bin, of Peabody, and 22-year-old Gabriel Arias, of Lynn, were previously convicted in the case. Bin was convicted of first-degree felony murder and sentenced to life in prison without parole; Arias was convicted of misleading a police investigation and sentenced to five to seven years in prison.

Thirty-one-year-old Adam Bradley, of Lynn is awaiting a Dec. 1 trial.
