FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Construction has started on a mixed use project in North Dakota’s largest city.

The downtown Fargo development includes a 450-stall parking ramp, commercial space and apartments. The $30 million project is expected to be completed early next year.

Fargo City Commissioner Mike Williams says the facility will bring tax revenue to the city and provide much-needed parking.

The project is being developed by the Kilbourne Group, which has been working on it for about a year.
