SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (AP) - South Sioux City in northeastern Nebraska is celebrating the completion of its Missing Link Trail.

Sioux City, Iowa, television station KTIV reports (https://bit.ly/28SBATx ) that the trail is the connection that finishes the 14 mile loop around most of the city.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Friday morning.

The city’s parks director says the trail completion is a big deal to the community, as it gives a safe and healthy way to get around the city. He says it will also promote tourism.
