HOPE MILLS, N.C. (AP) - Authorities in Hope Mills have arrested three men in connection with the shooting death of a 16-year-old whose body was found on a local road last week.

Local media outlets report 18-year-old Devon Scott Hall and 20-year-old Darion Rashad Revels of Fayetteville are charged with first-degree murder, first-degree kidnapping and robbery with a dangerous weapon. In addition, Hall’s brother, 19-year-old Daniel Worth Hall Jr., is charged with accessory after the fact to first-degree murder.

Investigators say Revels and Devon Hall are accused of taking the unidentified victim from a friend’s residence to a dirt road. His body was found Sunday.

Revels and Devon Hall and Revels are being held without bail, while Daniel Hall’s bail is set at $250,000. Online records didn’t show whether any of the three has attorneys.
