LITTLETON, N.H. (AP) - Authorities say a third man has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man in Littleton, New Hampshire.

Nick Skidmore, of Littleton, was arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit murder and hindering apprehension or prosecution. He was scheduled to be arraigned Friday afternoon; it wasn’t immediately known if he had a lawyer.

The arrest of the 21-year-old Skidmore comes a week after the death of 22-year-old Robert Pierog, who was found outside of his apartment building.

Last week, 21-year-old Damion Yeargle was arrested on a first-degree murder charge, accused of shooting Pierog multiple times. Eighteen-year-old Quade Kadle was charged with being an accomplice to first-degree murder.

This story has been corrected to show the last name is Yeargle, not Yeargl.
