WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP) - Court records show a fourth student plans to sue a former Westchester County high school drama teacher over alleged improper contact.

The Journal News (https://lohud.us/1O7fcru ) reports that the unidentified Horace Greeley High School student filed documents last week in state Supreme Court announcing an intention to sue Christopher Schraufnagel (SHRAHF’-nay-guhl).

The student says Schraufnagel forced him to participate in games involving sex acts, drinking and drugs. The student says Schraufnagel also bullied him into exposing himself.

Schraufnagel resigned from the prestigious Chappaqua (CHAP’-uh-kwah) school last fall and was charged with a felony criminal sex act and misdemeanor charges.

Three other students sued Schraufnagel and the district last month.

Superintendent Lyn McKay says the district doesn’t comment on legal matters.

Schraufnagel’s attorney, Stacey Richman, didn’t respond to a call seeking comment.
