PEARL, Miss. (AP) - Pearl police are searching for a man who opened fire after he was spotted urinating in the street and asked to stop.

WAPT-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1srdjvR) a witness spotted the man’s alleged action Wednesday night, and when his son asked him to stop the man pulled a gun and opened fire.

Billy Jordan says the man appeared to be drunk. Jordan says the man fired a shot at his son, who asked the man to stop urinating in front of women and children.

Jordan’s son was not hurt.

Pearl officers found a .40-caliber shell casing in the street. Witnesses said the shooter was driving an older-model green or blue Z-71 pickup truck with flames on the side.
