MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force officials say they have arrested a man wanted on three counts of sex assault on a minor under the age of 13.

Deputy U.S. Marshal Jeffrey White says 26-year-old Joseph MacDonald was arrested Friday as he left a Manchester apartment building, where he was living with his girlfriend and her two children.

White says MacDonald was turned over to police in Raymond, where he is charged with three counts of aggravated felony sex assault on a minor.

Authorities say MacDonald also had outstanding warrants on charges including felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, and breach of bail conditions.

It was not immediately known if he has a lawyer.
