MINOT, N.D. (AP) - A Minot man accused of invading a home, assaulting three people including a toddler and threatening a woman with a handgun has pleaded not guilty.

KMOT-TV reports (https://bit.ly/24mdJQ6 ) that 34-year-old Antwan Baker faces five felony charges, including assault and terrorizing. He could face up to 30 years in prison if convicted. A trial date wasn’t immediately set.

Baker was arrested following a vehicle and foot chase after the alleged incident March 22.
