MINOT, N.D. (AP) - A Minot man accused of trying to flee from officers two straight days last month is now accused in another chase in which a Highway Patrol vehicle was rammed.

Authorities say 34-year-old Trenton Kary was driving a stolen car recklessly when a trooper stopped him near Minot Thursday. Kary allegedly rammed the trooper’s vehicle, disabling it, and fled, leading officers with multiple agencies on an hour-long chase.

Kary allegedly tried to ram two more squad cars during the chase that ended when he went into a slough near Drake and was tracked down by a police dog.

Kary is charged with fleeing and felony assault on a peace officer for alleged incidents last month. Court documents don’t list an attorney for him and a home telephone listing couldn’t be found.
