NEW YORK (AP) - An owner of the famed L&B; Spumoni Gardens pizza restaurant in Brooklyn has been found shot to death.

Police say Louis Barbati was shot twice in the torso outside his home in Dyker Heights at about 7 p.m. Thursday.

The 61-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are still searching for the gunman believed to be in his 30s and wearing a black hoodie.

L&B; Spumoni Gardens is known for its Sicilian pies and has been featured on several food shows.
