MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) - The Vermont Agency of Agriculture is helping roadside farm stands enter the digital age. It’s created a new website to allow consumers to search for farm stands in several categories.

The agency used data from its 2015 survey of farm stands. The new directory allows consumers to search by name, location, season, product, organic/non-organic certification, pick your own, and whether the farm stand takes the state electronic food benefit card.

The new directory also includes a map feature that will allow consumers to search for farm stands in a particular area.

It can be found via an internet search for Vermont Agency of Agriculture and farm stands.
