SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) - Police in Syracuse are investigating a pair of early morning shootings that wounded two men, including one who’s in critical condition.

Officials say the first shooting occurred around 2 a.m. Sunday on the Westcott Street. Officers responding to several 911 call reporting shots fired arrived on the scene to find a 29-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his left foot.

He was taken to Upstate University Hospital. Police say the man didn’t provide any information on the suspect.

The second shooting occurred around two hours later on Bishop Avenue. Police say a 26-year-old man was found wounded and taken to the same hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.

No arrests have been reported in either shooting.
