RENNER, S.D. (AP) - A 27-year-old man is dead following a one-vehicle crash near Renner.

The South Dakota Highway Patrol says Ian Yenter, of Dickinson, North Dakota, was about one mile west of Renner on 258th Avenue when he lost control of his sport utility vehicle around 9:30 p.m. Saturday. The SUV hit a guard rail and cable, went across the roadway, entered the ditch and rolled several times.

Authorities say Yenter was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. He transported to a Sioux Falls hospital where he died of his injuries.

The Highway Patrol says the crash remains under investigation.
