GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - An arrest has been made in an April 6 shooting that killed one person and wounded two.

Gulfport police Sgt. Damon McDaniel tells The Sun Herald (https://bit.ly/1U3D5Q7) 23-year-old Robert Hart was arrested Friday on two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of armed robbery and one count of murder.

Hart’s bond was set at $5 million by Judge Louise Ladner.

McDaniel says Hart was the second person of interest identified.

He says Hart was in custody of the state Department of Corrections on a burglary charge before he was brought to Harrison County.

McDaniel says 54-year-old Mitchell Weathersby was the man killed.

Police continue to search for a second suspect in the fatal shooting.

Online jail records do not list an attorney for Hart.
