TILLAMOOK, Ore. (AP) - A motorhome driver suffered life-threatening injuries when the vehicle crashed into a house off Highway 101 in Tillamook.

Oregon State Police say a family of five was watching a movie Tuesday when the 30-foot motorhome drifted from the road, traveled through a yard and slammed into the house.

An elderly woman escaped with a minor injury after she was pinned under debris. Family members told police the collision felt like an earthquake.

The driver, a 41-year-old man from Welches, was flown to a Portland hospital.

The crash investigation remains active.
