IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (AP) - A former employee of a Pocatello substance abuse treatment center for teens has been charged with sexually abusing two patients of the facility.

The Post Register reports (https://bit.ly/1teSLa5 ) that 30-year-old Julie Gewarges is charged with having sexual contact with a minor and soliciting sexual contract from a child. She is scheduled to appear in court for the allegations next week.

Court records show patients at the facility reported Gewarges molested a 15-year-old boy in a company van at a Fourth of July celebration in 2015. They say she also made inappropriate comments to a 15-year-old girl and asked her to read explicit text messages.

Previous charges of lewd conduct were dismissed against Gewarges in connection with the alleged assault on the boy.

Gewarges denies having inappropriate contact with the teens.
