ELIZABETH, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say a school security guard in New Jersey has been charged with sexually assaulting a student.

Union County Prosecutor Grace Park said Thursday that 43-year-old Luis Manco, of Watchung, was arrested on Tuesday.

Investigators say Manco touched a victim inappropriately at Elizabeth’s iPrep Academy School throughout this school year.

He was charged with second-degree sexual assault and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

He was being held on $100,000 bail at Union County Jail. A message left with Manco’s attorney wasn’t immediately returned.
