SHREVEPORT, La. (AP) - CrimeStoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of whoever’s responsible for two separate homicides in Caddo Parish.

The sheriff’s office is seeking the public’s help for information in the Nov. 20 death of 21-year-old Darrien Jiles, whose body was found inside a vehicle in Greenwood. Deputies responding to a call about an explosion found a burning car and the victim’s body.

Deputies, along with the Vivien Police Department, also are investigating the Jan. 5 shooting death of 43-year-old J.D. Hill.

Detectives are hopeful someone will come forward with information that can lead to the identification of the suspects in either case. Anyone with information about the alleged crimes is urged to contact CrimeStoppers at 318- 673-7373 or visit their website at www.lockemup.org.
