FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A man accused in the robbery of a Fargo convenience store a year ago has been sentenced to three years in prison.
Authorities say 20-year-old Jacob Black and another man showed a pistol during last March’s robbery. They got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
KFGO radio reports (https://bit.ly/1VOOSBt ) that Black pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit robbery.
The second man accused in the holdup, 21-year-old Mifti Dire, pleaded guilty last summer and was sentenced to a year in the county jail.
