NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. (AP) - A man was killed when a motorcycle and a car collided in North Las Vegas.

North Las Vegas police say the crash happened around 4:15 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Ann Road and Decatur Boulevard.

According to investigators, a 20-year-old man was riding his motorcycle eastbound on Ann Road when it struck a Chevrolet Camaro heading northbound on Decatur.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say three people in the Chevrolet suffered minor injuries and were not taken to the hospital.

Witnesses say the motorcyclist was riding at a high rate of speed just before the crash.

The Clark County Coroner’s office will determine his identity and cause of death.

This marks the sixth fatal traffic-related crash in the city this year.
