BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - A Billings man is facing multiple charges after being accused of driving under the influence of methamphetamine while three children were in the car.

The Billings Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/1YPGumT ) that 36-year-old David Anthony Parker appeared in court Friday on drug and weapons charges as well as criminal endangerment. He remains jailed on $50,000 bond.

Charging documents say Parker was pulled over on Interstate 94 for driving erratically.

The children’s mother, who had been in the passenger seat, said none of the three kids in the back seat were older than 10.

Authorities say they found knives and drugs in Parker’s possession and that a drug recognition test determined he had been under the influence of meth.
