ERIE, Pa. (AP) - A fifth suspect has surrendered in connection with the slaying of one of two teens in northwestern Pennsylvania last summer.

The Erie Times-News (https://bit.ly/1YOYQEG) reports 18-year-old Jahaun Jones was arraigned Sunday in the July 24 death of 16-year-old Shakur Franklin.

Franklin and another 16-year-old, Elijah Jackson, were gunned down while standing with several others following an all-star high school football game in Erie. Four other boys, ages 13 to 17, were wounded, all in the legs.

Police have charged Jones, and three other Erie men, 19-year-olds Keshawn McLaurin and Demond Mitchell, and 20-year-old Stephen Russell, in the drive-by death of Franklin. Darion Eady is charged with killing Jackson in a separate shooting at the same event.

All of the defendants are jailed and none has an attorney listed in court records.
