PITTSBURGH (AP) - The Allegheny County medical examiner has identified a passenger killed in a one-vehicle, early morning crash in Pittsburgh.

The dead woman is 21-year-old Briauna Slaughter.

Pittsburgh police say she was the front-seat passenger and was ejected when the vehicle hit a telephone pole about 3:20 a.m. Monday.

The name of the driver hasn’t been released, but police say he’s a 29-year-old man taken to UPMC Presbyterian hospital in stable condition.

Police haven’t filed any charges in connection with the crash, which remains under investigation.
