BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - A University of Colorado senior defensive lineman is facing charges related to a domestic dispute involving his girlfriend.

The Boulder Daily Camera reports (https://bit.ly/252xwqK) 22-year-old Nathaniel Blake Robbins was arrested Sunday after police say he assaulted his girlfriend and her roommates. Police also say the 6-foot-5 senior tackled one officer and either tackled or threw another one against the wall after police arrived at the girlfriend’s apartment.

A prosecutor said Monday that both officers were diagnosed with concussions.

CU head coach Mike MacIntyre released a statement Monday saying Robbins has been suspended indefinitely from team activities.

Robbins, a 2014 transfer from Georgia Military College, is being held in jail. No attorney was listed for him in court documents.

Prosecutors are expected to file criminal charges on Wednesday.
