RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Police are investigating the discovery of two bodies found along the James River in the Richmond area.

Investigators said they don’t know if there’s any connection between the two discoveries, which were made over the weekend.

Saturday, authorities in Chesterfield and Henrico recovered one body. The next day, Chesterfield County police returned to the river after another body was found along its banks.

The bodies have not been identified. A cause of death has not been determined.
