WILMINGTON, N.C. (AP) - Authorities in Wilmington are investigating a shooting following a fight at a nail salon.

The StarNews of Wilmington reports (https://bit.ly/1QZGsUw) the incident happened Monday afternoon.

The owner of NC Nails, Bobby Chau, says two females started fighting in the salon, and he told them to go outside. Minutes later he and other salon workers heard a gunshot.

The passenger side window of a Hyundai was shattered and a single bullet hole was visible at the base of the window.

Police say no one was injured in the shooting.



Wilmington police spokeswoman Cathryn Lindsay says officers are searching for the female suspect and a black Acura sedan believed to be involved in the shooting.
