ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - A man who police say crashed into a building in upstate New York to injure himself and his passenger is heading to prison.

Forty-four-year-old Daniel Frazier was sentenced Tuesday to up to four and a half years behind bars. The Cohoes man pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment in December.

Authorities say Frazier was driving his pickup truck in Colonie when he hit a pole and crashed into a window-tinting business. The building had to be demolished because of the extent of the damage.

No one was hurt in the crash.
