BALTIMORE (AP) - Baltimore police say two teenagers were killed after the driver of a stolen car being pursued by police crashed into a utility pole.

Media reports Thursday identified the victims as 16-year-old Cornell Gilbert and 13-year-old Syidd Brinkley.

Both teenagers were passengers in the car when it hit the utility pole late Wednesday. The driver was not injured and another passenger survived with cuts.

Baltimore police said the car had been stolen earlier Wednesday. They said officers in a marked cruiser attempted to stop the car before the driver fled.
