LAS VEGAS (AP) - CityCenter Holdings LLC has agreed to sell the Shops at Crystals mall on the Las Vegas Strip for about $1.1 billion.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports (https://bit.ly/1VjZWZ7 ) that CityCenter announced the agreement with Invesco Real Estate and Simon Property Group on Friday.

The luxury shopping mall is part of CityCenter, which is owned by MGM Resorts International and operated through a joint venture with Dubai World.

The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2016.
