NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. (AP) - A 23-year-old man is accused of killing his elderly roommate and injuring another inside their North Las Vegas home.

Police say Sean Szymborksi was taken into custody Friday and faces multiple charges including first-degree murder.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at the home around 11:40 a.m.

They found a 55-year-old man who was pronounced dead.

They also found a 71-year-old man who was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Szymborski was located shortly after.

Police say Szymborksi attacked both men but did not indicate a motive.

They say all three lived there.

The suspect also faces charges of domestic battery with substantial bodily harm of a victim over 60 and kidnapping.

The coroner’s office will release the victim’s identity and cause of death.
