WASHINGTON (AP) - Police say a 21-year-old man has died after being shot in southeast Washington.

The Metropolitan Police Department said in a statement that at around 4:20 p.m. Monday officers heard the sound of gunshots in the 2700 block of Langston Place SE and responded to the location.
