KALISPELL, Mont. (AP) - A Montana man has pleaded not guilty to vehicular homicide in a crash that killed his 67-year-old passenger.

The Flathead Beacon reports (https://bit.ly/1TogCzm ) that prosecutors say Johnny Glen Anthony Jr. was driving drunk last summer when he got into a wreck that killed passenger Jon Douglas Reynolds of Libby.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office says Anthony Jr. drove off the road north of Troy on Aug. 8, causing Reynolds to be ejected from the pickup truck.

Anthony Jr. was arrested Feb. 5 and released on a $25,000 bond. He is scheduled to go to trial in September.

If convicted, he could face up to 50 years in prison.
