TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A man wanted for a February hit-and-run that killed a 68-year-old man and severely injured his 20-year-old son has been arrested in Tulsa.

The Tulsa World reports (bit.ly/1UumjeR) that 28-year-old Martin Lee Jamison was jailed Friday on complaints of second-degree murder and larceny. He’s being held on $670,000 bond. There was no information available in jail records showing whether Jamison had an attorney.

Police allege Jamison was fleeing the scene of an accident on Feb. 12 when he crashed into a pickup driven by the 68-year-old victim, who later died at a hospital. Police said the man’s 20-year-old son suffered severe injuries.

Jamison was hospitalized following the collision, but was restrained by bystanders after trying to run away from the area,
