WETUMPKA, Ala. (AP) - Authorities have arrested a man accused of killing two people and injuring two others in a drive-by shooting in Wetumpka.

Wetumpka Police Department Chief Danny Billingsley tells news outlets that Marcus Edwards was taken into custody Saturday night following the shooting that afternoon.

Police say Daryl Hunt and Deosha Jackson were killed, while Roderick Jones and Jacoreian Jennings were critically injured.

Billingsley says investigators believe Edwards was the only shooter involved.

Edwards is being charged with two counts of murder. It is unclear whether he has an attorney.
