WEST FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Formal charges are pending against a man accused of leading West Fargo police officers on a chase and hitting one of them with his pickup truck.

Authorities say the 36-year-old man fled when officers responded to a domestic disturbance call in a mobile home court Saturday evening. Police say an officer who struggled with the man after the suspect got in his pickup was struck as the man pulled away.

The officer drove himself to the hospital to be checked out and was reported in good condition.
