FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A Minot man accused of federal drug and weapons charges says he will plead guilty to one count.

Joseph Keener is charged with four counts, including conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon.

Authorities say two men traveled from Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, to Minot last September and bought 137 grams of meth from Keener for $4,000.

A plea agreement calls for Keener to plead guilty to the conspiracy charge. It carries a maximum penalty of life in prison and a mandatory minimum sentence of 20 years.

A change of plea hearing has not been scheduled.
