MINOT, N.D. (AP) - Two of three people charged in a Minot man’s drug overdose death have been sentenced.

The Minot Daily News reports (https://bit.ly/1RpTpXQ ) that 21-year-old Jacob Lagge and 19-year-old Tyler Desilets both were given probation and ordered to pay $1,100 in fines and fees this week on drug charges and for hindering law enforcement. They also must testify against co-defendant Aaron Bruce.

Authorities say Lagge, Desilets and Bruce were present when 19-year-old Aidan Vanderhoef died last July. Bruce faces the most serious charges, including manslaughter. He’s scheduled for a pretrial conference April 27.
