CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - Court documents say that a Dartmouth College professor charged with possessing videos containing images of child sex abuse plans to change his plea.

Valley News reports (https://bit.ly/1T8UHLs ) an “acknowledgement of waiver rights” filed Wednesday in Concord and signed by 49-year-old J. Martin Favor indicates that he plans to plead guilty to possession of child pornography on March 31.

Favor pleaded not guilty at his arraignment last year.

Favor was arrested in September after authorities say police found five videos depicting sexual abuse of children in Favor’s home.

A Dartmouth spokeswoman says Martin remains on paid leave.
