MANTUA TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say a young man stole more than $75,000 from his grandmother.

The Gloucester County prosecutor has charged 18-year-old Victor Anderson of Mantua Township with theft and forgery.

Authorities say Anderson withdrew money from his grandmother’s bank account and cashed in a certificate of deposit before it matured.

Anderson is held on $50,000 bail. It’s not known if he has a lawyer who can comment on the charges.
