SAREPTA, La. (AP) - Officials say one person is dead after two all-terrain vehicles collided at a park in northwestern Louisiana.

Webster Parish Sheriff’s chief deputy Bobby Igo says the accident happened Friday evening.

Multiple media outlets reported that the accident happened when one ATV veered into the path of another.

A woman was airlifted to an area hospital in critical condition and later pronounced dead.

Law enforcement officials say they are running toxicology tests to determine whether alcohol played a role in the incident.

This is the fourth fatal accident at the Muddy Bottoms ATV & Recreation Park since it opened in May 2014.
