ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Thousands of homeless people in central Florida will be able to take showers and get haircuts at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando this weekend.

An Easter-related event sponsored by former NFL defensive lineman Tim Johnson is being held at the Citrus Bowl on Sunday.

Services being offered to the homeless at the He Got Up Orlando event include legal advice, job placement, job training, food and clothing.

Portable showers also are being set up to accommodate 900 people and barbers will be on hand to provide as many as 8,000 haircuts.
