CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - A new exhibit opening at the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry in Charleston is designed to encourage creativity in young builders.

The exhibit called The Big Build opened Saturday and continues through September.

It’s designed to encourage play and learning by letting children play with an array of different kinds of building blocks from LEGO and KAPLA blocks to Imagination Playground blocks.

The exhibit allows children to explore building and design concepts while they play. It has a toddler area where young children are able to play alongside older kids.
