LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Travelers may be delayed by work planned for Nebraska Highway 92 in Merrick County.

The Nebraska Roads Department says a repair project is scheduled to begin this week on a 14-mile stretch near Archer. The project will include bridge replacement and repair, shoulder repairs and an asphalt overlay on the pavement.

Motorists will be detoured north to Nebraska Highway 22 because Highway 92 will be closed to through traffic from U.S. Highway 81 in St. Paul east to Nebraska Highway 14.

The project is expected to be finished this fall.
