MASTIC BEACH, N.Y. (AP) - Police on Long Island are looking for a driver who struck a pedestrian and then fled the scene.

The 35-year-old victim is listed in serious condition.

Police say he was walking on Pine Road in Mastic Beach when he was struck by a car that kept going.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest.
