MINOT, N.D. (AP) - Formal charges are pending against a Minot woman who police say was driving under the influence with two small children in her vehicle when she crashed into a house.

Authorities say the 24-year-old woman lost control of her vehicle about 4 a.m. Sunday and crashed into a fence, a fire hydrant and a house.

The 2- and 5-year-old children in the vehicle were evaluated at a hospital and determined to not have suffered serious injury.

The woman was arrested on charges including DUI, reckless driving and child neglect.
