PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia police say a man who was shot in both of his legs isn’t cooperating with investigators.

Police haven’t released the name of the man who was wounded about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday in North Philadelphia.

Police say the victim is in stable condition at Temple University Hospital.

They’re having trouble finding the shooter because the victim won’t answer any questions.
