CARMICHAELS, Pa. (AP) - Police say a 20-year-old man kidnapped a 12-year-old western Pennsylvania girl and raped her five times before police located him by tracking the man’s cell phone signal.

Martin Folan Jr. is jailed on five counts of child rape and 26 other related charges filed by police in Cumberland Township, Greene County.

Police say Folan was drunk when he broke into the home of a woman he knew about 5:30 a.m. Saturday and kidnapped her daughter.

Police say the girl’s mother called 911 and police traced Folan to a friend’s house, where he was sexually assaulting the girl.

The girl told police that she had phone calls of a sexual nature with Folan in the weeks leading up to the incident.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for Folan who faces a preliminary hearing April 7.
