BEDFORD, Va. (AP) - A Bedford County Grand Jury has indicted a former color guard instructor accused of having an inappropriate relationship with two teenage girls.

Local news outlets report that 22-year-old Kyler Parker was indicted Tuesday on counts of computer solicitation and taking indecent liberties. Bedford County Public Schools spokesman Ryan Edwards says parker had worked as a color guard instructor at Jefferson Forest High School from 2013 to 2014.

According to an affidavit filed in Bedford County Circuit Court, a victim told investigates she had been in a relationship with Parker since November 2014. The affidavit states that another teenage victim told investigators she had sex with Parker at his apartment.

Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney Wes Nance says Parker is set to enter a plea in May.
